Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TwitterView ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TwitterView, including any browsing, registration, sign-in, search, viewing, downloading, exporting, purchasing, or other use of our products and services.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any related policies, rules, or notices we may publish from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

TwitterView is intended to provide users with services related to organizing, viewing, downloading, exporting, and otherwise interacting with publicly accessible content, together with related value-added features.

Some features may be available at no charge, while others may require registration, sign-in, a paid subscription, or satisfaction of other eligibility conditions. Features, benefits, availability, usage limits, and access scope may vary depending on your selected plan, account status, payment status, region, compliance requirements, or other reasonable operational considerations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features, benefits, pricing structures, eligibility rules, usage thresholds, and plan offerings, at any time, subject to reasonable notice or explanation where appropriate.

3. Account Eligibility and Access Conditions

Certain features of the Service may require you to register or sign in first. You agree that:

  • Any information you provide or authorize us to receive will be true, accurate, complete, and kept reasonably up to date when necessary.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account access methods and devices, and for activity occurring under your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
  • You will promptly notify us if you become aware of unauthorized access, account misuse, or other security concerns.
  • You will not lend, lease, sell, transfer, or otherwise make your account available to another person unless we expressly permit it in writing.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Service Access Boundaries

Some pages and information within the Service may be publicly accessible, while certain core functions are available only to signed-in users, eligible users, or users who have purchased an applicable service plan.

We may, in our discretion and where reasonably necessary, restrict, verify, adjust, or deny your eligibility, access scope, rate of use, feature permissions, download rights, or export rights based on product rules, account status, transaction status, service security, abuse prevention, compliance obligations, or operational needs.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Benefits

5.1 Service Plans

We may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans. Different plans may provide different features, usage allowances, support levels, and benefits. The applicable plan details are those presented at the time of purchase, in your order details, or in other applicable service descriptions.

5.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated by us, paid subscriptions may renew automatically on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee for each renewal period based on the plan and pricing you selected, until you cancel the subscription or the subscription is otherwise terminated.

5.3 Plan Changes and Effective Dates

If you upgrade, downgrade, cancel, resume, or otherwise change a subscription, new benefits, pricing, billing timing, or effective dates may apply immediately, at the next billing cycle, or at another time clearly communicated to you. Different change scenarios may be handled differently, and the controlling terms will be the notices, order details, or policies shown at that time.

5.4 Payments and Third-Party Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers selected by us. You agree to comply with the applicable rules of the relevant payment channels. We generally do not retain your full payment method details, but we may retain necessary records relating to orders, invoices, payment status, refund outcomes, and compliance handling.

5.5 Failed Payments and Downgrades

If payment for a subscription period is not successfully completed, related features, benefits, or account status may be suspended, restricted, canceled, or downgraded. We may take reasonable measures to enforce our service and billing rules.

6. Credits, Allowances, and Usage Eligibility

Certain features of the Service may be subject to usage allowances, account balances, quotas, access counts, or other eligibility conditions.

If we provide credits, allowances, or similar usage entitlements, they are offered solely for internal Service use and benefit accounting. They do not constitute cash, stored value, electronic money, property rights certificates, or freely transferable assets, unless applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

Unless we clearly state otherwise, credits, allowances, and similar entitlements:

  • are not redeemable for cash;
  • are not transferable, resellable, divisible, or pledgeable;
  • do not accrue interest or other returns; and
  • may be adjusted in connection with subscription status changes, refunds, abuse handling, promotional rules, or policy updates.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

You may request subscription cancellation or submit a refund request using the methods we make available from time to time. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, whether a refund is granted, the scope of any refund, the timing of processing, and any related consequences will depend on factors such as order status, benefits already used, payment outcome, exceptional circumstances, abuse risk, and applicable policies.

If a transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, disputed, or otherwise unwound, we may correspondingly adjust any related service eligibility, account status, prior benefits, usage allowances, or other associated entitlements, and may take necessary risk-control or recovery measures.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only in a lawful, proper, good-faith manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

  • use the Service in violation of applicable laws, regulations, public order, or third-party platform rules;
  • use the Service for infringement, harassment, fraud, deception, abuse, mass commercial exploitation, or other improper conduct;
  • copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, or massively redistribute content obtained through the Service beyond the scope permitted to you;
  • evade, interfere with, damage, or attempt to bypass any access rules, usage limits, or protective measures of the Service;
  • access the Service through automation, abusive frequency, or other methods that may place unreasonable pressure on the Service;
  • impersonate another person or otherwise interfere with the normal use of the Service by others; or
  • use the Service to process, distribute, or promote unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise improper material.

If we reasonably believe your conduct may violate these Terms or may harm the platform, users, third parties, or the public, we may issue warnings or take measures including restriction, suspension, termination, refusal of transactions, withdrawal of benefits, or cooperation with lawful enforcement.

9. Public Content and Third-Party Rights

The Service is primarily designed around publicly accessible information. The availability, scope, presentation, accuracy, completeness, and continuity of such content may depend on third-party platforms, rights holders, network conditions, regional rules, or other external factors.

You understand and agree that:

  • you are solely responsible for determining whether any content is suitable for your intended use, and for any legal consequences arising from your use, storage, download, export, sharing, or reuse of that content;
  • you must respect copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other lawful rights associated with the relevant content;
  • you may not use the Service to infringe third-party rights or to evade third-party platform rules; and
  • if a third party raises an objection, complaint, or rights claim, we may restrict features, remove related records, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable measures.

TwitterView is not automatically affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an official agent of any third-party platform unless we expressly state otherwise.

10. Intellectual Property

As between you and us, the Service itself, including its interface, branding, marks, copy, layout, design, feature arrangements, and related content, is owned by us or our licensors, except for materials that legally belong to users or third parties.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely as permitted by these Terms. Except as allowed by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, publicly display, reverse-use, commercially exploit, or otherwise exceed the scope of the permitted use of the Service or protected materials within it.

11. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the continuity, stability, and quality of the Service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free, fully accurate, fully secure, fully available, or suitable for your particular purposes.

In particular, you understand and accept that:

  • public content may be deleted, modified, restricted, removed, or made unavailable by the original source at any time;
  • certain features, content, results, downloads, exports, or benefits may be affected by external platform changes, legal requirements, commercial adjustments, maintenance, payment issues, account issues, or force majeure; and
  • you are solely responsible for decisions you make for business, legal, investment, communication, research, or other purposes based on the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service, third-party content, third-party services, account issues, data loss, transaction disputes, service interruptions, or other related matters.

To the extent permitted by law and without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to a particular matter will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during a reasonable period preceding the event. If you did not pay us any amount for that specific Service, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.

These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may also restrict, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service, your account, your subscription, your benefits, or your access rights where reasonably necessary, including if:

  • you violate these Terms or related rules;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unusual risk, or unlawful conduct;
  • you fail to complete required verification or payment;
  • we need to act for legal, regulatory, dispute-handling, safety, third-party request, or operational reasons; or
  • the Service or part of it is discontinued.

Following suspension or termination, provisions relating to accrued obligations, payments, dispute handling, liability limitations, intellectual property, indemnity concepts, and compliance may continue to apply as appropriate.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, service features, business operations, or risk management needs. The updated version will be posted in an appropriate location and will become effective on the date of posting or the stated effective date.

If a change is likely to materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, will be governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity behind the Service, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties should first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. If that is not successful, either party may bring the matter before a court or dispute resolution body with proper jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and mandatory legal requirements.
